Vertical Messaging
The Vertical Message is the combined commercial texts, movies and pictures regarding the same Product, displayed on different surfaces and interfaces, through the whole Customer Journey Management process.
Example of Vertical Messaging:
• A customer enters the Client's site and chooses Service A on a Vision touch screen.
• While the ticket is printed, the Vision displays a commercial text regarding Product X.
• Another text, regarding Product X, is printed on the customer's ticket.
• While the customer is waiting, the system detects that one or many customers are targets for Product X and runs a commercial movie regarding Product X, on a media display.
• Finally, when the customer is called to the counter by the User, the workstation notifies the User that the called customer has been a target for Product X and the User has the possibility to start to discuss Product X with the customer.
• Another customer arrives and chooses Service B, and will get the message for a Product Y and the process starts again.
