Branches
When the Branches page is opened, all created Branches are listed and the following information is displayed:
To toggle between the
Branch list page and the
Branch hierarchy page, use the toggle buttons,
, in the top right corner.
Name
Name of the Branch.
Address
Address of the Branch.
City
City where the Branch is located.
Operation Profile
The name of the Operation Profile is displayed here.
Equipment Profile
The name of the Equipment Profile that the Branch is connected to is displayed here.
Branch Prefix
A three letter prefix, automatically generated when the Branch is created.
Enabled
Here you can see if the Branch is enabled or not.
It is possible to delete a Branch by clicking the
Delete,
, button.
Creating and editing a Branch
To create a new Branch, click the Create New Branch button. To edit a Branch, simply click on its row in the Branch list.
In the General Information area:
Enabled
This check box is marked if the Branch is enabled.
Name
Enter the name of the Branch here. This information is mandatory and the name must be unique.
Description
Optionally enter a description of the Branch here.
In the Runtime Setup area:
Queue Agent
From the drop-down list, select the applicable Queue Agent.
Branch Prefix
Here, a three letter Branch Prefix is automatically generated when the Branch is saved. The Branch Prefix must be three characters and only the letters A-Z are valid (optionally a digit may be used in the third position).
In the Additional Information area:
Time zone
Select the correct time zone from the drop-down list.
Mobile enabled
Check this check box to make the Branch available in the Qmatic app.
Open Hours
Enter the open hours of the Branch here.
Closing Hours
Enter the closing hours of the Branch here.
Address
Optionally enter the address of the Branch in this field.
Postcode
Optionally enter the postcode of the Branch here.
City
Optionally enter the city of the Branch here.
Country
Optionally enter the country of the Branch here.
Latitude
Optionally enter the Latitude of the Branch here.
Click the
Select position button,
, to open a window containing a map where you can select your current position, as in the following example:
When you click Ok, the Longitude and Latitude for your current position are entered in the corresponding fields.
Longitude
Optionally enter the Longitude of the Branch here.
Reset time
Here, you enter the time when the Queues should be reset.
The format is HH:MM, for example 23:30, and the time specified is the local time for the Branch and not the Queue Agent time. If this field is left empty, the Branch will not be reset.
In the Equipment Configuration area:
Operation Profile
From the drop-down list, select the Operation Profile that the Branch should be connected to.
Equipment Profile
From the drop-down list, select the Equipment Profile that the Branch should be connected to.
At the bottom of the page, you can find the available Equipment for that Branch. Here you need to enter information, such as IP address for your TP Printer.
