Creating an Appointment
At any time during the Appointment booking, you can click
Clear all to clear everything that has been entered so far and start afresh. You will be asked to confirm:
After the Customer has been found and added, follow these steps:
1. Search for, or select, one or several (if your system is configured so that multi-services are possible) Services in the Services list:
2. Select the wanted number of Customers:
Your system may be configured so that 1 Customer is selected, by default. In that case, this step is skipped.
3. Search for, or select the wanted Branch from the Branch list:
The address of the selected Branch is shown below the list (if it has been saved in your system).
4. Select the wanted Date:
The names of the days in the
Date column are automatically translated based on the locale set on the User.
Depending on how your system is configured, the resource may be shown beneath the list, once a
Time has been selected, in the next step.
5. Select the wanted Time:
You can skip to a specific part of the day, by clicking on 08 / 12 / 16 / 20, or AM / PM, depending on how your system is set up.
If you select a time slot that is no longer available, you will be notified about that:
As soon as you select a time slot, a timer will start to count down until the reservation has expired:
When the reservation is about to expire, you will be notified:
6. Select the wanted notification method:
If you select SMS, Email, or SMS and Email, and there is no Phone number or Email address entered for the customer, a popup window will be shown:
Here, you have the possibility to add a Phone number and/or Email address, which either can be used temporally, or be saved to the customer object
7. Optionally, enter a Title and a Note for the Appointment:
8. If you want to print a customer copy, select the following check box:
The following Print Preview will be displayed, after you have clicked Confirm, in the next step:
Here, you can click Close to return to the Appointment booking application, or Print to print the confirmation.
9. Once all applicable Appointment details have been filled in, click Confirm.
