Quick Serve
Depending on how your system is configured, you may have access to the Quick Serve functionality on the Start Screen.
In this area you can quickly select a Service and then tap Serve to register that it has been served. The Visit will be created, called, and ended with just a tap of a button.
You will get a confirmation, mentioning the name of the Service that was served:
Limitations:
The following limitations apply to Quick Serve:
• Services that require that a Delivered Service and/or Outcome is set are not supported by the Quick Serve functionality. Thus, these will not be listed in the Quick Serve area.
• It is not possible to select several Services.
