Widget

When you want to call the next Customer, or do a Walk in, and then serve the Customer in a quick way, the Connect Widget is a good solution for you.
The widget is available when the device is locked.
The widget looks slightly different in Android / iOS. Below, there are images from both operative systems.

Prerequisites

The widget needs to be enabled. Follow the standard iOS/Android procedure for enabling widgets.
The User needs to be logged in with Profile settings set. If not, you will be notified that you need to click to log in:
iOS:
If the Counter is closed, you will also be notified:
iOS: Android:
If Walk in is used, a specific Service for Walk in needs to be defined in the utt. If not, you will be notified about this and need to open the app to select a Walk in Service.

Call Screen

iOS: Android:
The following actions are available from the Call screen:’
Call Next - the called Visit number or name of the called Customer will be displayed across the widget and flash three times before the Serve screen is displayed, with the Visit number to the left.
iOS:
Android:
Walk In - this will call a Visit for the Service that is predefined in the utt.
Close Counter - this closes the Counter.

Serve Screen

iOS: Android:
The following actions are available from the Serve screen:
Finish - click this to finish serving the called Customer.
No Show - click this if the called Customer does not show up, when called.
Recall - this will call the Customer again.
Call Next - this will call the next Visit in line.
