Please read through the Release Notes document before the upgrade procedure is started, since it may contain special instructions.

If there are visits in the queues, those will be lost.

Central must be upgraded before distributed Queue Agent upgrade.

When upgrading from 6.0, the Queue Agent database will be removed.

If Software Terminals are used, a refresh of the Terminal Browser may be needed.
