Introduction
A Workstation, a Counter for example, normally consists of two components: a Terminal and a Display.
The Terminal and the Display of a Workstation work together in that many of the User’s activities on the Terminal are reflected on the Display, as for example, the called number shown on the Display when the User clicks the Next button. This connection is accomplished by them having the same ID number.
In Qmatic Orchestra there are several types of Terminals available; hardware terminals: KT2595 and KT2695, and the software terminal built into the User part of Orchestra.
In this chapter the settings are described for both the displays at the workstations and the specific settings for KT2695 terminals. Also, some settings that apply to terminals irrespective of type are here.
There is detailed information about display programming in the manual Display Programming, available on Qmatic World, on the Display devices pages.
