Widget Properties

Below is a description of all properties available for each widget in Orchestra.

Workstation name

Here you can Reset the properties of the widget.
Workstation text
Default is Workstation, but of course this can be changed to whatever you want.
Number below text
From a drop-down list select whether or not the number of the workstation should be shown on a separate line below the workstation name.
Use shadow
From a drop-down list decide whether or not a rounded shadow should be displayed around the pane containing the text.
Background color
Select the wanted background color here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Workstation number color
Select the color of the workstation number here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Workstation number font
Click Change to select the wanted font here. The default font is Helvetica 46 px.
Workstation name text color
Select the text color of the workstation name here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Workstation text font
Click Change to select the wanted font here. The default font is Helvetica 28 px.

Click Edit to select sound file for the customer called sound (.wav, .ogg, .oga).

Text above ticket
Enter the wanted text here. Default is Go to counter, but of course you can enter whatever you want.
Text above ticket color
Select the wanted color of the text above the ticket number here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Text above ticket font
Click Change to select the wanted font here. The default font is Helvetica 46 px.
Counter text
Default is Counter, but of course you can enter whatever you want.
Top margin
Number of pixels between top of ticket and first text. Default is 20.
Ticket background color
Background color for each called ticket. Select the wanted color here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Ticket number text color
Color for ticket number, displayed on each ticket. Select the wanted color here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Ticket number font
Click Change to select the wanted font here. The default font is Helvetica 46 px.
Ticket’s workstation name text color
Color for tickets workstation name, displayed on each ticket. Select the wanted color here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Ticket station font
Click Change to select the wanted font here. The default font is Helvetica 28 px.
Show direction
From a drop-down list, select whether or not the direction of the counter should be shown.
Blink duration
Number of milliseconds to blink when customer is called. Use 0 if no blink is wanted. Default is 2000.
Left arrow image
Click Edit to select one of the default images, that are located in the images folder of the callwidget.wgt file (which can be unpacked in the same way as a regular zip file), or upload any other wanted image file. Accepted image formats are: jpg, jpeg, png and bmp.
Right arrow image
Click Edit to select one of the default images, that are located in the images folder of the callwidget.wgt file (which can be unpacked in the same way as a regular zip file), or upload any other wanted image file. Accepted image formats are: jpg, jpeg, png and bmp.

Text above ticket

Customer feedback for tablet

Here you can Reset the properties of the widget.
Button 1-5 Text
Text to be used on each of the CFU tablet buttons. The maximum number of buttons is 5, but all buttons must not be used.
Image 1-5
Click Edit to select an image for your CFU Tablet buttons. There are five default buttons, located in the images folder of the cfutablet.wgt file (the cfutablet.wgt file can be unpacked, just like any other zip-file).
Naturally, if you do not want to use the default images, you can upload any wanted images. Accepted image formats are: jpg, jpeg, png and bmp.
Mark type
From the drop-down list, select the applicable Mark type. Mark types are created in the System Administration application.
Result mark for Button 1-5
From the drop-down list, select the wanted mark. Marks are created in the Business Configuration application.
Widget background color
Widget background color. Select the wanted color here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Text for Thank you message
Enter the wanted text here. Default is Thank you!
Image for thank yo message
Click Edit to select an image for your Thank you message. Accepted image formats are: jpg, jpeg, png and bmp.
Seconds to show Thank you message
Default is 5 seconds.
Delay for showing widget
Delay for showing widget (seconds). Default is 15.
Button layout
From the drop-down list select whether the button layout should be vertical or horizontal.
Position for text
From the drop-down list, select if the text should be positioned after or before the image.

Ticker text
Enter the ticker text here. Separate each text with a ;
Direction
From a drop-down list, select the direction of the scrolling text (left to right or right to left).
Speed
Scrolling speed. From a drop-down list select a value from 1 (slowest)to 5 (fastest). Default is 3.
Duration (ms)
Enter how long to show each text (in milliseconds). Default is 2000.

Font

Text
Text to animate. Separate each text with a ;
Direction
From a drop-down list, select the direction of the scrolling text (left to right or right to left).
Animation type
From a drop-down list select the wanted animation type
(bounce back, decelerate, linear).
Show duration (ms)
The number of milliseconds the text shall be shown before animating out. Default is 2000.
Animation duration (ms)
The duration of each slide animation, in number of milliseconds. Default is 500.

Button Schedule and SMS Logic

This widget is only available on Sharebox, on Qmatic World.

Inactivity image
Image to be shown when the button is disabled
Hide button on inactive
Select Yes/No in the drop-down list. This determines if a button should be hidden when disabled.
Inactivity page
In the drop-down, select the page to switch to when a button is disabled.
Background Color
Background color for the widget. Select the wanted color. It is also possible to Remove the color. The color must be set on a TP/Intro8.
Font
Font used for the text on the keyboard keys. Click Change to select the wanted font here. The default font is Helvetica 36 px
Font Color
The color of the font used for the text on the keyboard keys. Select the wanted color here. It is also possible to Remove the color.
Key (0-9) Image
Image to be used for keys 0 – 9.
Key (Del, Clear) Image
Image to be used for the Del and Clear keys
Ok Button Id
Component id of the component which will add the phone number.
Skip Button Id for Keyboard Page
Component id of the component which will skip the input.
Skip Button Id for Yes/No page
Component id of the component which skip the input page.
Input Id
Component id of the text component showing the input value.
Max Length
Max length that the input can be.
Min Length
Min length of the input before the Ok button becomes active.
Link to page on level exceeded
From the drop-down list, select the page that should be shown on button pressed and the level set for SMS is exceeded.
Visit Field
From the drop-down list, select the visit field used to store the phone number.

SMS TP3115

This widget is only available on Sharebox, on Qmatic World.

Email address to send call centre emails to. Default value: nobody@nowhere.com
Max wait time
Maximum waiting time. Default value: 30.
Selected Services
Comma separated list of Service Ids to be shown. Max 5. Default: 1,2,3,4,5
Selected Queues
Comma separated list of Queue Ids to be checked. Should be the same number as in the selected Services. Default: 1,2,3,4,5
Property Name
Property Name used to store the phone number on the ticket.
